Caretaker and Gardener

Our fantastic client, a large property management company, are looking for caretaker/gardener to provide maintenance support for their properties in the Nottingham area.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Regularly test the fire alarm and ensure all exits are accessible
- Replace electrical appliances when necessary
- Ensure the general cleanliness of the building
- Report any damage to the property in line with company procedure
- General small repairs

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous caretaking or similar experience essential
- General DIY skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (vehicle to be provided)
- Basic IT skills
