My client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Storeperson to join the Warehouse and Logistics team.

As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for various duties including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading, and maintaining warehouse inventory. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts. If you have experience in warehouse operations and possess strong organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties**:

- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments
- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, to move materials within the warehouse
- Conduct basic repairs on equipment as needed
- Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory and manage orders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Strong mathematics skills for inventory management
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting - 25kg
- Proficiency in operating forklifts or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
