**Here’s what you’ll be getting up to as a Leisure Team Leader**
- Provide assistance to the Leisure Operations Manager to ensure the KPI’s, including wage ratio, site audits, mystery shopper audits, ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments.
- Provide assistance to the Leisure Operations Manager to deliver continuous improvement across the leisure activities, to improve the customer journey and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the Leisure Operations Manager to initiate, supervise and monitor the implementation of appropriate training to enhance the level of knowledge, skills and attitude of all leisure personnel. Coach, mentor and motivate the team to show a commitment to the culture, philosophy and values of Gravity.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as and when required to meet the needs of the business.

**Here’s what we’re looking for**:
**Qualifications** **& Training**
- A Level standard or equivalent

**Experience**
- A proven track record of delivering consistently good customer experiences.
- A demonstratable track record of recruiting, developing and retaining talent.

**Qualities** **and Attitude**
- Must be extremely motivated and possess strong leadership skills.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and vary their leadership style to suit the situation and the individual.
- Able to influence and work collaboratively at all levels across the business.
- Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing.
- Proactive organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates respect for equality of opportunity and diversity and works to actively promote an inclusive work environment and good working relationships amongst staff.

**Product Knowledge/IT Packages**
- Computer literate and can competently use Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
