Looking for a dynamic culinary role that takes you beyond the confines of a traditional kitchen? We're on the hunt for a Production and Event Chef who thrives in both our production factory and the vibrant atmosphere of weddings and events. This role offers the chance to cater for intimate gatherings of 30 to celebrations of 1000's of attendees. Alongside culinary expertise, we need a strategic planner skilled in curating menus, procuring ingredients, and orchestrating event logistics throughout the UK.

Your culinary journey might have roots in contract catering or diverse culinary backgrounds. What's crucial is your prowess as a chef and some management acumen. A driving license is essential as the role demands mobility. While based in Edinburgh, be prepared to embrace travels across the UK.

This full-time, permanent role requires commitment from Tuesday to Saturday, with rest days on Sunday and Monday. With a competitive annual salary of twenty-seven thousand pounds, you also gain access to a company van during working hours.

**Your Role Breakdown**
- Oversee logistics, menu planning, and execution for diverse events
- Ensure optimal staffing for all projects and ensure staff arrive on time.
- Commence event preparations on Thursdays, cater from Fridays to Sundays, and strategize for the subsequent weekend Tuesday and Wednesday
- Full clean downs and post event management. You will be required to wash up and clean as part of the daily role.
- Maintain our Navitas food safety system - full training provided

**Role Specifics**: Full-time, Permanent

**Compensation**: £27,000.00 annually
