**Paid Search Specialist**

**£30,000 - £45,000 Per Annum + Discretionary Annual Bonus + Full Benefits**

**Office Based Role - Manchester City Centre**

Applause IT is recruiting for a market leader in their respective field and has been innovative in their approach. They have been a dominant online brand in their industry.

Given the continued growth and success since achieving their biggest turnover yet, my client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Paid Search Specialist to join their team.

Leading the market in innovation focused on next generation green technology, making advancements in the development of Solar panels and Electric Vehicle (EV) components for nationwide next day distribution via their eCommerce platform.

The Ideal Paid Search Specialist will be looking to take their career to the next level with future leadership opportunities available. To expand their knowledge and experience even further through taking ownership of the paid search strategy and being akey driving force in sales throughout the business. Working with an eCommerce Manager with multi-national experience in Paid Strategy and Marketing background.

You will have an Agency or single-brand experience background looking to develop your skills in a pioneering role

**What will my responsibilities be?**

Ongoing evaluation and implementation of PPC strategies (Google and Bing). Tracking, analysing and reporting results on campaign performance and keywords

Working closely with the product team on new launches to increase sales

Keeping on-board with marketing trends, latest Google product releases and industry news to continuously develop the marketing approach with innovation

Driving the development of traffic and conversions

Daily Management of PPC Campaigns, Not limited to but including:

- Text Ads
- Shopping Feed
- Re-Marketing

3+ Years Minimum in a PPC or Online/Digital marketing environment in a similar role

Highly motivated and passionate about PPC

Experience delivering and driving success through large PPC campaigns

Up-to-date Google Ads Certifications, Microsoft Certifications and strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or the equivalent in work experience desirable

Strong numerical, reporting and analysis skills

Looking for future management or leadership possibilities
