**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
**Dillington Mews is an autism specific supported living service comprising 6 Individual flats. Each person we support lives in their own apartment.**
- **We provide 1:1 support for 6 tenants.**:
- **All tenants have an individual support plans, ensuring they are supported in a person-centred way and are promoted to make own choices.**:
- **Each person has their own individual care package of support.**
