We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join our supportive and friendly team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
People are at the heart of our business. Our award-winning Recruitment team is highly respected for the central and strategic role it plays in making Osborne Clarke a great place to work. The team is made up of thirteen people, covering recruitment at all levels across our three UK offices. We focus on attracting the best talent to the firm and work closely with the wider HR team to help ensure Osborne Clarke's continued growth and success.

**What you'll do**:
Reporting to our Senior Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for running the full lifecycle of vacancies including:
- Running role briefings with hiring managers
- Creating of role profiles and person specifications
- Advertising and marketing of roles
- Promoting referrals
- Creating market maps and making direct approaches
- First round CV sifting
- Working with teams to create selection materials
- Interviewing where appropriate
- Ensuring a smooth transition from offer to onboarding
- Ensuring our agency terms of business are up to date and upheld
- General agency management, maintaining key agent relationships and gathering market intel
- Assisting with recruitment projects
**What we're looking for**:
As well as a strong interest in recruitment gained from experience working in house or in agency, you will ideally have:
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- A collaborative mentality and respect for fellow team members
- Strong written ability with excellent attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy in your work
- Good problem solving skills
- Pride in delivering an exceptional service with a pro-active approach to work; asking others what might be needed
- The ability to generate new ideas and think strategically
- Professionalism, flexibility and confidence in dealing with individuals at all levels
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively when dealing with conflicting deadlines
- The confidence to work autonomously and push forwards your own workload effectively
- Sensitivity when information you are working with is confidential, and understanding how this should be treated
