Excellent opportunities have recently arisen within Unit 5, Falkirk Community Hospital for enthusiastic, flexible and self motivated individuals, who are committed to the provision of safe, consistent and person centred quality care.
Unit 5 provides ongoing assessment, treatment and nursing care for older people presenting with mild to moderate cognitive impairment/mental health needs.
The post holder will provide essential nursing care to patients and support registered nursing staff. Full details of the role and key responsibilities are available within the job description.
