Displaying excellent stakeholder management, you will complete planograms (a schematic drawing or plan that establishes the specific layout of product in stores) that make product areas easy for customers to shop, optimise both space and range, support ‘best in town’ display principles and efficient replenishment. Provide a customer and operational perspective with regards to display within each category. Efficient delivery of product space that focusses on excellent, credible displays. Ensure planogram delivery to agreed timeframes through effective workload management. To partner the new product onboarding, ensuring products are aligned with VM (Visual Merchandising) principles and strategies.

**Key accountabilities and measures**
- Curate compelling plans to ease navigation for Customer journey / mission whilst driving commercial returns alongside delivering shop and supply chain efficiencies through maximising availability and minimising wastage
- Work alongside the Space Planner / Merchandise Teams to finalise optimum range for given space
- Build and execute maintenance of category planograms, ensuring that they are updated to agreed critical path and display and operational principles
- Analyse product and store inventory data to settle the best attribution of micro space, to optimise operational efficiency and shelf fill
- Working alongside VM to support execution of relevant displays and ranges to ease customer navigation
- Ensure library contains up to date product images and dimensions
- Attend operational meetings to specific display rules and act as a check to inform of range distribution changes
- Work with Space Planner / Templater to refine allocated space
- Provide display related management information such as shelf efficiency, product ‘look and feel’, ease of shop, customer blocking, and provide recommendations for potential enhancements to provide oversight of the product end to end
- Play a key role in leading the display strategy with VM and Merch Teams, making recommendations in line with display principles, as well as defining product attributes.
- Work with the space planner to act as the voice of Space in the BU (Business Units)
- Conduct M&S and competitor store visits regularly to review implementation of displays, gain store feedback and to identify potential improvements and opportunities
- Continuous Improvement mindset - constantly curious about the customer, market, and competitors
- Meet key business and personal performance objectives and identify opportunities for personal development

You and the Role
- You will be excellent in organisation, self-motivating and ability to manage own time and workload to meet deadlines. Data driven and problem solving is key, with effective communication and collaboration skills to deliver results.
- With these skills, you will partner well with stakeholders whilst using your Clothing & Home category knowledge to ensure we have customer focused displays with sequential links to maximise opportunity.
- You will have a detailed knowledge of the Space / Display processes and their critical paths. An ability to build strong effective collaborative relationships is key to being successful in this role.
- Desirable skills - knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Business Objects. Space Planning and Assortment software.
