To ensure that food is stored correctly, as recommended in Food Handling Regulations.

To ensure that food is cooked in a way that, as far as is possible, it retains its nutritional value.

To ensure that food is presented in such a way that it looks attractive and appetising.

To ensure that fridge and freezer temperatures are recorded daily, as required.
- To keep records of what has been eaten and by whom.

To follow the safer food, better business standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

30 hours per week alternate weekends

All employees are required to wear personal protective equipment at all times which will be provided by the company. infection control policies and procedures to also be followed

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.20 per hour
