IT Business Analyst - Financial Services - Change
This role is for a Business Analyst, responsible for understanding and mapping out future process or system requirements and working within their Business Change team on project delivery for system changes and implementations. This is a key role in theproject lifecycle as it is necessary to ensure requirements for any changes are clearly defined and documented prior to moving to estimation stage.

**Hybrid working**

**3 days on site**

**Key Responsibilities
- Experience in business analysis
- Strong knowledge of requirements gathering
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology and Storyboard process
- Quality and objective analysis of data and process
- To work with the various business departments to regularly review current business processes and suggest potential improvements that will not always necessarily require system changes.
- To work on the systems transformation in line with Group IT Strategy ensuring that any new systems being proposed meet with the requirements of the business and take into consideration the needs of the customer.
- Explore and translate the needs of business teams to ensure that related system projects achieve their planned outcomes.
- Provide support to the business in respect of mapping out as is and to be processes.
- Run workshops with the various business teams when required in order to gather system change requirements and complete documentation for review.
- Play an active role in the Business Change team in respect of project delivery, being flexible and ready to support team members
- To gather estimates from system providers or the feature teams for system changes/projects and ensure that the deliverables are fully covered.
