- **What’s involved?**
Don’t be fooled into thinking that just because the restaurant is on a beach it is anything other than a very professionally run operation.
- Because of this they are looking for a Senior Sous to come and work closely with the new Head Chef and use your excellent organisation and management skills to get the very best out of the 12-person team.
- The Head Chef will be responsible for innovative menus that are easily done in order to accommodate the high volume of diners they will be serving including a lot of seaside favourites so the Sous Chef needs to be able to cook a wide variety of dishes from the eclectic menu
- You will ideally be able to drive and have a car.
