**Role Overview**:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our educators. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Preparing Engaging Teaching Materials**: Crafting educational materials that enhance the learning experience for students.
- **Maintaining a Tidy Classroom**: Ensuring a clean and organized environment for effective learning.
- **Student Support**: Providing each student with the tools and assistance they need to excel academically and make a positive impact on their community.
- **Promoting Safety**: Upholding the health and safety of all students, creating a secure learning space.
- **Discipline Assistance**: Offering support in managing classroom behaviour when required.
- **Supply Management**: Ensuring all students have the necessary daily supplies and materials.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**: Assisting fellow teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Has experience and familiarity with the upper KS2 curriculum and is confident in delivering speech, language, and communication interventions.
- Is proactive, flexible, and assertive, ready to adapt to the needs of the classroom.
- Is comfortable working one-on-one with students or in small groups, especially those with additional needs.
- Can commit to a full-time, long-term position.
- Holds a Level 3 qualification or a minimum 2:2 grade in a relevant degree, such as psychology, literacy, numeracy, or educational studies.
