Clerk to The Governors

**Clerk to Governors NJC Point 7-12 £22369-£24496 pro rata term time only**

**Role 1 - 146.25 hours per year for 3 schools**

**Role 2 - 97.5 hours per year for 2 schools**

**The Role**:We are seeking to recruit two Clerk to the Governors to provide accurate, timely minutes and advice to the Governing Board on governance and procedural matters. We are looking for professional, friendly and efficient administrators.

This is a predominantly home-based and virtual role but will require some occasional evening visits to the allocated schools and some flexibility will be required. (Governance Clerk 2 will cover John Clare/Wittering Governance Clerk 3 will support Northborough/Gunthorpe/Werrington)

The role will require some online and in person working and some evening work to minute the meetings (Approximately 2 hours per meeting, 1 each half term for 2 or 3 schools). Further administration can be completed remotely.

Training and support to understand school governance will be provided

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 2.5-3.75 per week

**Salary**: £22,369.00-£24,496.00 per year
