**Luxury Travel Consultant**
This boutique luxury travel company are expanding their team and are looking for travel industry professionals with experience in creating luxury experiential holidays to a range of worldwide destinations. As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will develop relationships with customers, using your expertise, sales ability and experience to convert enquiries into luxury, truly bespoke authentic tailor-made holidays. This wonderful opportunity offers a basic salary of £30k to £35k plus uncapped commission, hybrid working, or home based with monthly visits to London office.

**Luxury Travel Consultant - Role & Responsibilities**:

- Use your exceptional destination knowledge and experience to design tailor-made holidays to a range of worldwide destinations, converting enquiries into sales
- Provide an exquisite, personalised service to all customers, tailoring the holiday to their specifications and going the extra mile to exceed expectations
- Manage the end to end customer journey, ensuring a seamless sales and after sales service, taking full ownership of every booking created
- Build strong working relationships with overseas suppliers
- Provide the product team with feedback on the product portfolio, offering both positive and negative feedback based on customer experience
- Willingness to develop and increase your knowledge of product and destinations

**Luxury Travel Consultant - Skills & Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working for a luxury tour operator is essential
- Strong knowledge of worldwide destinations with specialist knowledge of a particular region or continent
- Exceptional accuracy & attention to detail
- Proven sales track record, within tailor-made luxury travel industry - ability to build bespoke tailor-made holidays is a must
- Sales motivated with proven record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Knowledge of Galileo or another GDS beneficial but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Natural ability to build strong trusted relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ability to manage and prioritise your enquiries, quotes and bookings
- Strong work ethic with a flexible approach
- Self sufficient with ability to work autonomously but enjoy working as part of a team

**Luxury Travel Consultant - Additional Information**:

- Salary £30k to £35k plus lucrative uncapped commission
- Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30 with approx. 1 in 4 Saturdays
- Hybrid working - flexibility with office days, or home based with monthly visits to London office
- Regular Fam trips
