Due to growth and evolution, we are seeking a dynamic individual to contribute to our team, focusing on creating assets and communicating our employer brand to support recruitment strategies, through compelling storytelling and innovative marketing, you will amplify our employer brand, helping us attract the best talent and shaping the future of agriculture.

Working with internal marketing teams to gather information, you will showcase our values, culture, and opportunities across all industry sectors, including Operations, IT, Animal Nutrition, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will be representing career opportunities and a positive, authentic representation of AB Agri. This is a new role in our team, so initially, the role will be hands-on with priorities focused on asset creation and influencing future plans.

The role over time will transition and grow as we grow. We’re looking for someone who can design captivating content for social media and career websites and attend events as a representative of the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a hands-on role where you will also have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions.

To be successful, we are looking for the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

- Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience using asset creation and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with experience in a similar role.
- A degree in marketing or similar would be an advantage

**Location**

For this role we are flexible on location close to Peterborough with a Hybrid working approach of minimum 1 day a week in our Peterborough office. Occasional travel will be required to other sited in the UK and Internationally for content creation and attendance of events.
