**What you’ll do**
- Act as an Escalation Point for Technical Issues within Fibre Services
- Takes a lead role in development of training plans
- Takes a key role in Technical Forums with other areas of Vodafone
- Provides coaching and mentoring of Apprentices and Engineers to ensure technical standards are met and maintained
- Communicates with internal and external customers including attendance in customer performance meetings and internal meetings with Senior management team
- Ensure that colleagues within Fibre Services are kept up to date with evolving Technology
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in providing service to Customers and drive forward to resolution.
- Production and review of Local Work Instructions (LWIs) and associated Process Documentation
- Be part of the management on call rota for escalation support (as business requirements dictate).
- Deliver and develop departmental reporting and data analysis Identifying key trends, performance blockers and key focus areas

**Who you are**
- In-depth technical knowledge of Fibre delivery,
- Provide technical expertise and knowledge to support major customer order portfolio ensuring smooth customer delivery
- Manage the output and quality of our supply chain partners to ensure consistent high levels of performance are maintained
- Multiple Initiatives - ability to manage multiple demands & workflows, manage to deadlines and priorities
- Provide consistent pressure and challenge to proceed at pace and with rigour whilst maintain good working relationships with colleagues across the business.
- Understanding of the E2E deliver function of Vodafone Fixed, Mobile & Consumer Services
