Are you an experienced Process Plant Operator looking for a new opportunity at a newly refurbished recycling facility?

We are looking for someone who is confident in their ability, who can communicate effectively, and has the ability to understand performance data and use it to optimise the operations of the plant.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Process Plant Operator will operate and manage the process and machinery of the waste recycling plant. This includes the safe start-up and shut down of the plant and continual monitoring of conveyors and separation equipment for blockages and reduced efficiency.

The Process Plant Operator will report issues to the Site Supervisory and Maintenance team.

**Main Duties of a Process Plant Operator**- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with all relevant health & safety legislation and company policies.-
- Start, stop, and monitor the waste recycling plant assets via a SCADA system to ensure the site meets its operational targets.-
- Utilise the plant data and reports to ensure the plant is constantly optimised to meet operational metrics.-
- Report on the performance of the plant and raise potential issues with the Shift Supervisor.-
- Participate in problem-solving activities to enhance plant performance.-
- Perform and support plant preventative maintenance in coordination with our engineers.
