Yeovil College are looking for a highly organised **Administrator (MIS & Exams)** to join our hard working MIS Team.

This administrative post will work as part of the **MIS (Management Information Services) team**, processing information relating to examinations (including registrations, certifications and timetabling of exams) and learner enrolment data. Full training will be provided for any college systems and/or systems used by awarding organisations if you are not already familiar with these.

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to evidence the following:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in an administrative and data processing environment.
- Good general education; minimum 5 passes GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths, Grade C or above.
- An organised, methodical, and accurate approach to work.
- Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to plan for and cope effectively with peaks in workload.
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently with business support and curriculum staff, students, employers, parents, and others.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.

**Full Time 37 hours a week, all year round.**

**Salary £20,103 per annum**
