I am currently looking for Telesales executives to join a growing and successful team.
The role
" Generate business from new/existing customers and build long lasting relationships
" Identify and contact key decisions makers
" Identify and up sell additional products/services within target customers
" Manage internal customer database and ensure all records are current and updated
" Operating in a highly dynamic target driven environment and successfully delivering targets consistently in a highly competitive marketplace
" Bringing added value to the sales division and prepared to input new ideas and directions in which the company can progress
" Processing of quotations to orders, generating CRM, completing actions, requesting artwork, passing to Sales Administration. Liaising where necessary with all other departments.
" Manage prospecting and follow up
" Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
" Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
" To provide follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products provided
" To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues.
" To ensure that a good level of understanding and knowledge of organisations products and services, which is improved and maintained at all times, ensuring that customer queries can be dealt with accurately and appropriately and supported by the department.
" To take responsibility for own personal development in line with agreed annual performance objectives.
