Are you a **Children's Residential Worker** with experience working with children and young people who have complex emotional and social needs?

We are recruiting for multiple roles in the **Spalding Area** with a salary of £21,700 per annum, plus sleep in rate full time - shifts include 24-hour shift patterns.

Our client, a reputable care provider in the area are looking for Children's Residential workers to join their friendly team. Our client supports children and young people who have complex trauma, emotional and social needs

As a Children's Residential Worker, you will be providing support and safeguarding for the Children and Young People, promoting healthy relationships and building a safe environment.
- Supporting children and young people throughout their daily routines by accompanying where necessary and transporting to and from activities, school or learning environments, appointments, including family contact and providing supervising when required.
- Maintaining a safe and clean home environment, including the completion of all domestic duties e.g. cleaning, cooking, washing and, general housekeeping
- Contributing to risk assessment and care plans to promote positive engagement and independence

A Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare is desirable or must be willing to work towards this. All training needed will be provided.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this position and a full UK driving license.
