This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick and place orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Utilize a n inventory management system to manage inventory and track shipments
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing goods
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in an orderly manner
- Assist with materials handling and ensure proper storage of products
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus but training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
- Ability to perform manual lifting on a regular basis
- Familiarity with warehouse management is an asset
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

This role would suit a retiree seeking variable part-time employment locally only.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
