This is a hybrid working role which does require regular presence in the office.

**What you'll be doing day to day**:

- Events - both physical and virtual, some of which you will be responsible for running from start to finish.
- Presentations - helping to format slide decks in PowerPoint
- Content - developing and managing content plans, liaising with content writers, reviewing, editing and SEO, posting on the website, reviewing and reporting on analytics
- Blogs
- Newsletters
- Brochures
- Client case studies
- Alternative ways to deliver content too, the more imaginative the better
- Social media - writing and producing engaging posts, posting on all firmwide platforms using best practice, reviewing and reporting on analytics
- Other digital - working with various services to carry out key word research for webpages, reviewing and writing copy, SEO best practice to maximise impact of web pages
- Proposal writing - supporting the client facing teams to produce engaging and compelling proposals
- Undertaking market and company research, and using software to identify new avenues to market to
- Using the CRM system to update contact details, the progress on relationship building activities and enquiries
- Working with the wider team on delivering key campaigns
- Running your own projects - which could be a webinar or video series, an internal comms campaign or other ideas you and the team come up with (and will fit with your skill set)

We're looking for:

- Two years’ experience of working in a marketing function
- Great organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, demands and prioritise effectively
- Excellent command of written and verbal English and comfortable communicating at all levels internally and externally
- Able to proof-read to a good standard with good attention to detail
- Confident in building a rapport with people
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in social media
- Used to and keen to work in a team environment
- A can-do attitude
- Full driving licence and own transport is essential
