Lead Digital Content Curator

DX Products, a leading online men’s wellness brand, is looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Content Curator, you will be the driving force behind developing our online editorial and social media strategy.

Your role is to plan and execute the launch of an online men’s health and lifestyle magazine, and grow our social media presence. You will be responsible for managing these platforms and should have an understanding or interest in health & wellness, fashion, and fitness-related topics.

You must have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business. Your responsibility is to boost our online presence, and we require your innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to help capture potential customers' attention.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Producing and curating of brand content for articles, social media platforms, videos and marketing.
- Research industry-related topics.
- Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in social media posts.
- Network with creators in the industry.
- Integration of keywords to optimise online content and maximise reach.
- Building the company’s social media strategy around brand voice and persona.
- Monitor KPIs through social media analytics to optimise campaigns.
- Monitoring market trends, partnerships, and competitors to optimise engagement and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a content management or copywriting role.
- Portfolio or examples of previous projects is desirable (including social media and article content).
- Familiarity and demonstrable skills using media design and image editing software (for example Adobe Suite, Canva) for collaboration with Design team.
- An up-to-date awareness of social media trends across multiple channels, including short-form video.
- A working knowledge of using social media analytics to track activity and make improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, to thrive in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
