Southern Sales Account Manager

Our client is looking for a Sales Account Manager to cover an established Southern-based territory, which has a huge opportunity for development with existing and new clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Create new business relationships with potential clients
- Acquire more business acumen through research and analysis of industry trends and developments
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- In-store merchandising
- Meeting sales targets
- Promoting new and current products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Recording orders, sending details to the sales office and supporting the back office
- Participate in trade exhibitions
- Liaise with the finance and service departments as appropriate
