**What you'll do**:

- You’ll prepare and execute trial communication plans across a range of trials in line with our brand and tone of voice guidelines. This role requires someone who is creative and can demonstrate flare, to engage with our trialists with originality and getthe best out of them.
- You will work with the team through the discovery phase, to elicit experience requirements and you will be responsible for planning and defining the Trial Experience Strategy. You will outline the experience roadmap and plan of action, seeing these throughto execution and into the trial delivery phases.
- Be comfortable identifying and calling out risks and issues, proposing and implementing corrective actions to reach a positive outcome at both the trial and trialist level.
- You will introduce governance around the trialist experience tailored to individual trials, measuring performance against team KPI’s.
- You will be setting up trials on our trial management platform, Centercode, for trialist recruitment and day-to-day management. We use this platform to send out comms, host useful trial resources and request trialists to participate in specific activities.Once the trial is live, you will send out comms and trial activities from the platform and manage responses coming in on the feedback forms.
- You will own the full end to end recruitment process: From digging into trialist requirements to creating trial terms and conditions with the legal team, to setting up the recruitment process on Centercode, crafting communications and vetting applicantresults.
- You will collect business and technical requirements from key stakeholders and translate these into clear and simple instructions for trialists to follow. Proactively speaking to trialists and elicit feedback on their experience, collating the insightsto share with stakeholders.
- You will have strong, demonstratable knowledge of excel, drawing on a wide range of analysis techniques to pull together insights to share with a range of stakeholders on trial progress. You’ll also be responsible for managing and maintaining trialist informationsecurely (in line with GDPR guidelines) and validating data.

**What you'll bring**:

- You will have prior project management experience and a good working knowledge of project management principles. Having a PRINCE2 qualification is preferred.
- You will have an analytical mindset with planning and strategy experience, coming with a range of tools and techniques under your belt to really dig into the detail and elicit requirements. Business analysis experience would be preferred.
- You’ll have experience managing a diverse group of stakeholders, including responding to problems, managing resolutions, and implementing mitigating actions in a fast-paced environment.
- You’ll be extremely organised and able to handle the pressure to manage trial demands, stakeholder requests and trialist needs spanning multiple trials.
- You’ll have experience developing and executing communication plans. You’ll also be able to demonstrate a creative flare to make communications stand out on busy and information-rich platforms.
- You’ll have the confidence to speak to open forums and large audiences for team promotion and trialist briefings on products and trials.
- You will be proficient on Microsoft Excel. You’ll have experience using advanced formulas and data skills to analyse large datasets and draw insights to present back to stakeholders to influence decision-making.
- You will have a basic understanding of testing and basic understanding of test tools. Centercode experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be offered.
