Inventory Manager

Position**:Inventory Manager**
Location: Hatfield - AL10 8XF
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Closing Date: 30th June 2023

The key responsibilities in this role include.
- **Managing inventory compliance, training, continuous improvement, and quality.**
- **Storage management**
- **KPI's: Audit presentation, cycle count program, Sock loss, inventory + Service KPI's around fulfilment**
- **Strong leadership and Team management skills to effectively manage and develop the inventory team**
- **Presentation to Customers - Finance, Systems, Root cause analysis.**
- **Ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of key KPIs.**

Now, here's what we need from you:

- **Previous experience as Inventory Manager**
- **Previous experience of managing and leading teams**
- **JDA or inventory management system equivalent**
- **Previous experience of managing and leading teams**
- **The ability to multitask, as often work on several tasks simultaneously**
- **Articulate, Strong data analysis, high attention to detail skills**
- **Ability and knowledge to Investigate failures and action problem solving / resolution**
- **Strong**
**Analytical and numerical skills**
