**With over 20 years expertise in their field, I am delighted to be working with a leading fitout company who are seeking for a buyer to join their successful team on a permanent full time basis**

**Reporting to the Procurement Manager you will**
- Provide prices for all materials included in project budgets and drawings
- Generate POs, track order status, and coordinate with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise
- Deal effectively with challenges with suppliers and the flow of materials.
- Ensure compliance with the safety, health and environment requirements of materials and services.
- Liaise closely with estimators at tender stage to ensure that an accurate project cost is provided.
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Identify potential suppliers and new products
- Keep detailed records and maintain a well‐organised work schedule
- Other adhoc duties

**About you**
- Previous experience of working within a similar role
- Proficient with MS Office
