- **Sales Support**: Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client profiles in the company's CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
