**Office Administrator/Trainee | Norwich City Centre | 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday | Competitive salary + Bonus+ Paid overtime**
Our client is a professional services company that is one of the largest independent business rescue and insolvency boutique practices in the UK providing clients with corporate advisory and insolvency services.
The company are looking to recruit a full time Office Administrator who will provide a wide range of support to a professional team in a busy varied role.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- At least two years of office administration experience in a professional office OR be a graduate or A level school leaver looking to join as a Trainee
- Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and ability to learn
- Be reliable and a good team player
- An organised and positive approach to work
- A good attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Outlook, Word and Excel)
**What will your role as an Office Administrator/Trainee look like?**
- Opening and scanning incoming post
- Doing up, scanning and franking outgoing post
- Sending out reports/mailshots
- Dealing with deliveries to the office together with meeting/greeting visitors
- Archiving
- Adhoc marketing tasks
- Using a paperless office system
- Answering the phone
- Completing anti-money laundering checklists
- Cashiering
