The **Driffield Hornsea Methodist Circuit **are seeking to appoint a part-time **Circuit Support Administrator** to provide relevant and appropriate administrative support to the Superintendent Minister, Circuit Leadership Team and Circuit Stewards of the Driffield-Hornsea Methodist Circuit to provide relevant and effective circuit wide administrative support..

About you:

- Demonstrable experience in general administration duties
- Able to prioritise workloads, often with conflicting timescales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a small team
- An excellent eye for detail in all that you do

Key responsibilities:

- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Circuit Leadership Team
- (including Circuit Staff, Stewards and Co-ordinators)
- Schedule meetings and organise Circuit events as requested
- Prepare, update and distribute the Circuit Directory
- Provide administrative support to churches when requested, appropriate and needed
- Distribute the approved Circuit Plan and regular newsletters
- Attend meetings in the Circuit, taking and recording minutes as required
- Promote and advertise Circuit events via the local press, social media and the Circuit website

- Hours per week**:15 hours per week** (To be worked flexibly to meet Circuit needs)
- Rate of pay**:£10.90 per hour**:

- Based from: Driffield Methodist Church
