Do you have a passion for breathing new life into furniture and creating bespoke pieces that bring joy to clients' homes? Are you an expert in all things upholstery, with the ability to build sofa and bed frames from the ground up? If so, we want you

**We are seeking a talented and experienced Upholstery Craftsperson to join our growing interior design business.** You'll be a key member of our team, responsible for bringing our design visions to life through expert upholstery and frame-making skills.

**What you'll do**:

- Restore and reupholster a wide range of furniture, including sofas, chairs, ottomans, headboards, and more.
- Design and build custom sofa and bed frames from scratch, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
- Cut, sew, and upholster furniture using traditional and modern techniques, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
- Travel to client sites for furniture installation, ensuring seamless integration into their homes.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, taking pride in your tools and equipment.
- Work independently with initiative, managing your time effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to achieve outstanding results for our clients.

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience in all aspects of upholstery, including traditional and modern techniques.
- A demonstrably strong portfolio showcasing your upholstery and frame-making skills.
- Excellent sewing skills and experience with a variety of sewing machines.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality craftsmanship.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative, managing your workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A willingness to travel to client sites for installations.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for interior design and creating beautiful spaces.

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
