**Catering Assistant**

**Actual Salary - Grade 1 - £10,284.43 pro rata per annum** **(FTE £22,183)**

**Permanent position (initially at St Bernard’s School, Louth)**
- **20 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, from as soon as possible**_

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our catering team across the Federation with the flexibility to work at both St Lawrence School, Horncastle and St Bernard’s School, Louth.

Applicants should have a passion and energy for being part of a team providing freshly prepared meals for our students each day. Experience of a school catering environment is preferred along with a current food hygiene qualification.

We are looking for someone who is prepared to work at both of our school sites as and when it is required to ensure our students receive the best service possible.

The purpose of the role is to carry out general kitchen duties and assist in the cooking and preparation of food under the general direction of the Cook in Charge.
