RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles company in Sherborne, Dorset who are seeking to recruit a full time receptionsit/administrator.
**Location**: Beer Hackett, Near Sherborne, Dorset
**Salary**: Competitive, Negotiable DOE
**Contract: **Permanent, Full Time (Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday required)
**They are the UK's leading Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle specialists; supplying quality conversions for the transportation of wheelchair passengers. They are currently looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their office team, reporting tothe Sales & Office Manager.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Meeting and greeting clients, suppliers & visitors confidently to our showroom, ensuring comfort, accessibility and a warm, friendly welcome;
- Fulfilling information requests, passing potential business leads to the appropriate team and managing client data on CRM software;
- Administration duties including the preparation of paperwork for vehicle purchases, new vehicle arrivals and producing various reports;
- Managing stocks and resources of office equipment, stationery and literature;
- Maintaining high standards of presentation within the showroom.
**Key Skills**:
- Computer literate, confident in use of Microsoft packages (Including Word, Outlook & Excel);
- A warm and welcoming personality who can treat our clients with empathy and be attentive to their needs;
- Presentable and organised with an excellent telephone manner and passion for delivering excellent customer service;
- Would benefit from knowledge in SAGE accounting software, but not essential;
- Attention to detail.
