**Role purpose**:
As part of the P&S organisation the Finance Business Partner will be responsible supporting the Business to achieve financial targets by identifying and managing risks & opportunities, supporting & agreeing appropriate sales targets, revenue and gross margin reporting & forecasting and supporting development of strategy plans.

This role will focus on the Cloud, Security and Solutions portfolios being the main contact for the Portfolio Leads as well as local market interlock.
Profitability for the Top 10 Key Products down to a cash margin level and implementation of key metrics to drive performance
Provide support and reporting on the key strategic partnerships (Microsoft, Google and Mobius)

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Working with Portfolio leads, local Finance teams and several Group Enterprise stakeholders to ensure clear and aligned forecasts/ business cases accelerating the strategic portfolio.
- Support the P&S Commercial team in providing clear, fact-based plans and materials that facilitate prioritization and support decision making.
- Manage reporting for P&S is done timely accurate and insightful by engaging VOIS support, Continual improvement to standardise and automate production so that effort is prioritised on insight and gap closure.
- Build a strong relationship with a variety of stakeholders to ensure effective integration of P&S within Local Markets.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Strong experience in business partnering / management incl. financial management,
- Highly experienced of working in complex, global matrix environment
- Strong analytical skills, able to extract key messages from large volumes of data
- Deep strategic planning and delivery experience
- Ability to manage multiple and occasionally conflicting demands.
- Excellent communication skills to convey the results of P&S within Vodafone Globally

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Several years’ experience in business partnering / management or financial management
- Accountancy qualification or equivalent
