**Are you an aspiring, enthusiastic Practitioner who has a passion for the physics curriculum and developing colleagues’ practice?**

**The Role**:
In this role you will be taking a lead in supporting the development of outstanding teaching and learning within the physics curriculum; sharing outstanding classroom practice with colleagues through the development and delivery of high quality CPD. Furthermore, you will lead, develop and implement an effective coaching and mentoring model to support colleagues in delivering outstanding lessons.

We are looking for someone who:

- Can be innovative in their techniques to improve outcomes through the faculty
- Can positively influence teaching and learning across the Academy
- Has a proven track record of improving outcomes for all learners
