Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer focused Night Porter to join our team. As a Night Porter, you will be the face of the hotel for the later evening of the operation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the experience of the guest is delivered with the upmost enthusiasm and brand standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Check in and out of guests when required

Light administration responsibilities using Excel, Word and Mews reservation system
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Regular security walks
- Health and safety cheks and recording
- Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms and other designated areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests or inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Provide assistance to guests with luggage or other belongings as needed
- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Basic knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and guest services
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
