Wrexham, United Kingdom Castlemead Group Ltd Full time

To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment, ensuring they are matched to a purchase order appropriately authorised in line with company guidelines.
- Process the Weekly Payroll, ensuring timesheets are coded accurately.
- Setup suppliers on the accounting system, inputting and verifying all information.
- Verify calculations and input codes on all documents to be input to the accounts system and ensure these are posted in an accurate manner.
- Assist with keeping the bank accounts reconciled to the accounting system.
- Perform supplier account reconciliations.
- Respond to supplier queries
- Answer telephone, taking and passing on messages as required.

**Role Requirements**
- Part Qualified/AAT or qualified by experience considered
- Experience of working in a construction company beneficial but not essential
- Experience and knowledge of Sage accounts desirable
- Part time hours will be considered for this role, minimum 25 hours a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
