**WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY**
Camlin Energy has an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to join a newly established specialist training team within the Global Services Department, HQ Region.
Responsibilities include:
- Promote health & safety culture across the GSD business
- Provide and maintain the training development program within the Global Services Department, ensuring up to date understanding and implementation of product improvements and technical bulletins across the teams.
- Deliver product training on I&C, Service, Communications, FW/SW, processes, and related systems and tools.
- Deliver training to Field, Project, and technical support teams.
- Provide training and development programmes for partners and distributors.
- Implement a training and development program for Camlin customers to enable self-sufficient Installation, Commissioning and Support as requested.
- Deliver factory acceptance testing, supporting the commercial requirements within the global services department.
- Establish and deliver the Site acceptance programme to support the commercial requirements within the Global Services Department.
- Identify and highlight areas for continuous improvement relating to Field, Customer, Partnerships, Systems, and Products.
- Contribute to new product testing and pre-launch developments.
- Drive and contribute to improvements in product quality, services, and delivery, through non-conformance chains and cross departmental communications.
- Learn, understand, and deliver additional upskilling and training for new offerings and product improvements.
- Provide In-person and remote training customers, partners, and GSD personnel.
- Deliver occasional international training and support as required to support the wider Global Services Department business.
- Contribute to overall business strategy including the development of scalable processes, policies, and teams.
- Undertake other such duties that are required, commensurate with the role.
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Demonstrate experience in a similar role, preferably in delivery of training for large-scale electrical utilities.
- Highly developed people skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A willingness to work additional hours and the flexibility to work weekends as required; must be able to travel as and when required, therefore a current passport and driver’s license are essential.
- Demonstrate experience of customer interactions.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical / mechanical engineering or relevant industry experience.
