918 Coffee are expanding our team to work in our Carbon Neutral Drinks division and are looking for hard working, dependable Baristas to be part our team in our new sites in dorset.

We are looking for an integral part of our team, working to deliver an impeccable experience for our customers.

We currently have Full Time & Part Time vacancies available starting in July. No Experience necessary, full training will be given at our training centre in our Dorset Roastery.

Duties of a Barista:

- Be a welcoming presence to our customers and visitors
- Maintain our Coffee Machines and grinder configuration.
- Maintain our excellent cleanliness and brand standards.
- Serving customers and taking payment (We operate a cashless system)
- Making Coffees, Iced Coffees, Frappes.

Requirements of a Barista:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Good leadership skills
- Able to work as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
- Flexibility to work across our sites and events
- Flexibility to work weekends if required

**Experience**:

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.50 per hour
