Skip Lorry Driver

Worldcare Wales Ltd is a skip hire business based in Llandudno Junction. We cover the majority of Conwy County, along the coast, and down the valley. We pride ourselves on our friendly and professional service, and have many return clients due to this.

**Worldcare Wales Ltd** is seeking to add a Skip Lorry **Driver** to our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive and operate a skip lorry.
- Perform daily pre-trip inspection of the vehicle.
- Use an app to accept jobs, and mark off completed jobs.
- Accept any cash payments, and hand directly to the office on return to the yard.
- Maintain a safe and professional driving environment.
- Comply with all traffic laws, while driving and while stopping at official places.
- Maintain and improve knowledge of Worldcare Wales Ltd services and policies.
- Comply with DOT regulations and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- HGV Class 2 licence.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a commercial driver in a lorry driving position.
- A good knowledge of the local area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Llandudno Junction: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (preferred)
