**Catering Team Leader**

Full-time, permanent - 35.75 hours per week, (variable shifts including weekends)

**Salary**: £22,569 per annum

Location - Edinburgh International Climbing Arena, Ratho

**We are looking for friendly, positive, and enthusiastic multitaskers to lead our Café team**. This hands-on, front-of-the-house role is perfect for a **vibrant, outgoing person with a proactive attitude** who can create a welcoming and fun environment for all customers and employees.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Monitoring the quality preparation and service of food and beverages.
- Supervising, mentoring and motivating team members to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Cash handling, stock management and merchandising.
- Leading by example in consistently delivering a culture of high performance to meet income targets.
- REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene certificate.
- Previous experience in hospitality with proven ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
- Ability to engage and connect with a varied customer base.
