**_ The opportunity:_**

**_What you’ll do as a _**Project Planner**
- _ Provide Project Controls support to the establishment and management of activities in the bid phase to ensure best practice is followed, risks managed and schedules can transition to execution with mínimal impact_
- _ Identify and manage Schedule Risks, working proactively with the project team to implement mitigation plans and corrective actions._
- _ Conduct what if analysis to drive decision making and risk mitigation_
- _ Actively contribute to IPT and Business area Project reviews (PPRP, Schedule Reviews etc) through delivering the Project Controls inputs _
- _As part of a multi-disciplined Project Team, build and maintain good working relationships in order to influence project activities and deliver required outcomes._

**_ What we need from you:_**
- You really must have:_
- _ Practical Experience of Project Planning and Control principles_
- _ Experience using techniques and procedures e.g. Earned Value, Work Breakdown Structure and Network Planning_
- _ Experienced with a Planning tool (preferably Primevera P6 or SAP) for planning and project management elements _
- _Ability to collaborate effectively and proactively with internal stakeholders, using data and analysis to support line of reasoning_
- _ Good level of business knowledge to perform what if scenarios_
- _ Ability to work independently within well defined procedures and require mínimal supervision_
- It would be nice if you had_:_
- _ Breadth of understanding in all parts of the project lifecycle and experience in Planning and Execution Phases_
- _ Holds APM Project Controls Foundation and Practitioner Level Certification _
