Commercial Property Paralegal

**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial property-related legal documents, including leases, licenses, and contracts
- Assisting with due diligence and title review
- Preparing and submitting property-related regulatory and compliance filings
- Handling administrative tasks, including document management and filing
- Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and other parties to gather information and provide updates

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a commercial property paralegal or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of commercial property law, including leases and conveyancing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Agricultural experience is a bonus but not essential
