All at Corston are passionate about design, quality and service. The collections of switches and sockets, hardware and lighting are designed to coordinate effortlessly. Their aim is to make sure that every point in their customers’ journey is a positive one.

With more than 50 years experience in the interiors industry they know their craft; not only sourcing materials from the best manufacturers, but ensuring the finishing touches and checks are completed from their warehouse in Wiltshire. Crucially Corston also ensure all their products have mínimal impact on the environment, packaging is made from recycled paper and all products are made of brass.

The team is rapidly expanding and plan to move into beautiful, purpose built offices in May. It is a wonderful office setting and the whole team has a vibrant, energetic and infectuous positive attitude. The management like staff that have some appetite for risk or to take on challenges. They also aim for mínimal paperwork, procedures and controls that get in the way of fast innovation and clear communication.

**The role**

The role is for a dedicated and experienced in-house recruitment specialist to find exceptional talent for this fast growing company. The role will be 20 hours per week, with the opportunity in time to increase these hours in time and all based at beautiful offices in the Wiltshire countryside. There will be travel opportunities to the new sales offices and therefore an enthusiasm and energy to take on this opportunity is essential. You must be passionate about people and understand where they fit within a business such as this as you will be recruiting at all levels and internationally. An eye to and research of local issues and how these work positively into Corston, particularly in the sales offices abroad, is essential, along with a high level of emotional intelligence and a fundamental understanding of the culture of the company.

**Your responsibilities**
- To assist our department managers in attracting and recruiting the best talent in the Head Office in Wiltshire.
- To advise on company recruitment needs.
- To recruit staff in Europe and the US. We aim to open a new small sales office in a new European city every 2 months and across America in 2024.
- To find the most effective avenues to attract exceptional staff.
- To aid managers in interview preparation and where necessary attend interviews for note taking.
- To create job descriptions and ensure they remain up to date.
- To maintain and manage a CV library.

**Your skills, qualities and experience**
- Creative approach to recruiting.
- Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but not compulsory.
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word).
