MMP Consultancy currently have an opportunity for a Compliance Surveyor (Fire Safety) to join a housing association

This will be an Interim for 2-3 months (possibly to be extended) paying £35-36 P/H Umbrella depending on experience. Covering an area mainly focused within the Taunton/Exeter areas.

**The Role**:
Working from the recommendations raised in Fire Risk Assessments you will visit properties and determine the work required, scoping the required works using our Schedule of Rates and oversee the contractors' delivery of works, agreeing variations, managingquality, value and progress all in line with contract terms.

**Job Purpose**:

- Ensure works are completed to a high standard, evidenced and where appropriate contractor has provided 3rd party certification.
- Lead and minute the monthly contractor meetings to drive performance meeting Key Performance Indicators
- Attend fire service audits, as well as support the investigation of fires within my clients' properties
- Manage housekeeping of the Housing system to ensure open, overdue, and accruing orders are kept to a minimum.
- Ensure customers receive an excellent service, are listened to, effectively consulted with, and kept informed.
- Ensure works are delivered in a way that keeps customers, colleagues and third parties safe, and complies with health and safety legislation and my clients' H&S policies and procedures and delivers value for money.
