We are looking for someone to work in our store, Full Time - 5 days a week however this does mean working every weekend. You will receive two day off during the week day unless you book them off in advance eg: Holidays/Birthdays etc

We are high-end luxury diamond jewellery Store which specialises in bespoke engagement rings, wedding bands and fine jewellery.

We are on the search for a Luxury Sales Associate to join our fast-growing brand who is passionate about welcoming clients to be involved in their jewellery creation process. As a Luxury Sales Associate for Diamonds and fine jewellery, you will be required to maintain exceptional standards of brilliance in delivering a customer service experience which meets our brand focus.

**What the role requires**:

- Meeting customers for face-to-face in a retail environment
- Assisting customers through our bespoke design service
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of the products, the bespoke process, our brand and convey this with enthusiasm to customers.
- Maintaining excellent presentation of the jewellery and showroom
- Excellent communication Skills
- Passionate about driving a culture of exemplary customer service
- Confident in building strong customer relationships
- Experienced in operating sales and profitability
- Focused on achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills
- Determined to maintain a continuously evolving in-depth understanding of our products to advise and make suitable recommendations to clients
- A dedicated team player, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the wider team
- Positive, with a problem-solving attitude
- Eager to learn and develop yourself
- A multi-tasker, able to adapt and exercise flexibility to changing business need.
- Experienced in luxury retail sales (doesn't have to be jewellery specific)
- Motivated to reach and exceed personal and team targets
- Passionate about jewellery and luxury products
- Well-presented appearance with a taste for luxury
