The company is a leading retail supplierof fresh fish and seafood, providing a unique and high value service to over 70,000 customers in the UK. Within this role, you will be responsible for the training, development, management and recruitment of the door-to-door field sales team, who promote theirextensive range of products and services. The team is already well established and successful, so you will be ensuring continued performance, before rapid expansion.

**The role**:

- Manage a team of 8 people, to meet realistic targets on delivered sales / re-orders
- Generate sales reports and expectations / outcomes
- Grow and expand the sales team, actively recruiting new Sales Executives, and promoting senior team members into Team Leadership roles
- Plan induction and product training
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures for continued improvement
- Maximise revenue opportunities, based upon original revenue per drop of new customers

**The person**:

- Sales Management experience (B2C or B2B)
