Job Description: BASIC FUNCTION: The Head of Maintenance (Mx) Training is responsible for the accomplishment of Mx Training conducted for Customers receiving Initial, Update, Troubleshooting, System Specific or generic training courses in accordance with the approved Mx syllabi/training program, by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties are essential to the successful and satisfactory performance of this job. Other duties may be assigned.

Mx Training Standards - Program Activities: (Includes Compliance with regulations and guidelines, and Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures); plus Lesson Planning, maintaining currency of training material(s) and provision of classrooms and equipment):

- Maintain all training material, including Customer handouts and other publications, in a current state at

Teamwork - Internal & External Activities: -Resolve Customer training problems (poor performance, Customer/Instructor conflicts, excessive tardiness, etc.) -Serve as aircraft type, Subject Matter Expert (SME), for external Customers and internal personnel, as required.

Daily Responsibilities: -Maintain OxfordSaudia Flight Academy’s commitment to Customer satisfaction while performing job duties. -Manage day to day execution of program training efforts through the coordination and assignment of personnel. -Interact within a cooperative environment through beneficial behavior, commitment to common goals, contribution to problem solving, communication of ideas and suggestions, and encouragement to other employees and departments. -Establish security requirements for materials, projects and business information regarding the methods and techniques used in the production and usage of products. -Adhere to a required work schedule including prompt and regular attendance. -Report, on a timely basis, any safety hazards observed in work area, equipment, and/or building to appropriate person(s) forcorrection. -Participate in the Quality Management System (QMS) activities and adhere to the processes related to accomplishing the site's QMS goals. -Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) activities including: supporting and promoting the safety culture, reporting all aviation safety-related issues via the feedback system, and adhering to the processes related to accomplishing SMS goals.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Prioritize workflow on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. -Attend, facilitate and/or research training to increase skills of MX training staff. -Other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
(Minimum Requirements) -Bachelor’s Degree -Minimum of five (5) years as an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) technician.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a maintenance teaching/training environment.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES OR REGISTRATIONS: -Valid Driver’s License and Passport
- A&P License or military equivalent required.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: -Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to speak, understand, read and write -Excellent verbal, written and communication skills -Excellent organizational skills -Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situations

EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: -Personal Computer

**We are looking for Flight Dispatcher Training Instructor/Consultant**

Location: Dammam city - kingdom of Saudi Arabia

**Job Description**:

- Develop training materials as per the GACA regulations.
- Develop and prepare the student and instructor material.
- Deliver and perform the training courses
- Participate in various training.
- Manage and maintain the process with the related authorities to get the necessary approval for the training courses.
- Training on multiple aircraft types.
- Keep an open line of communication.
- Evaluating students to establish and conceptualize training to promote efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Hold an aircraft dispatcher certificate issued under GACAR Part-65
- Have at least two years of experience as an aircraft dispatcher in any operation conducted under GACAR Part-121
- Proven record of instructing and manual development experience
- Aviation training experience and background

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
