**The Opportunity**

We are excited to be looking for Community Cricket Coaches** **to join the Lancashire Cricket Foundation team at Emirates Old Trafford, home of Lancashire Cricket. You'll be responsible for delivering coaching in school or community settings, to lead and support the delivery of a range of high-quality cricket and community projects, programmes and events that engage and inspire individuals in order to sustain and grow cricket participation opportunities for all across Lancashire.

**About Us**

The Lancashire Cricket Foundation works across the North West to develop and deliver a range of projects, programmes and events designed to engage, excite, inspire and improve individuals and communities through cricket.

Established as the official charity of Lancashire Cricket, the Lancashire Cricket Foundation provides governance for the recreational game and high quality experiences that make a positive difference to the lives of the individuals and communities we engage in order to grow the appeal of the game at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities**

To support our ambitions to achieve continued growth we are looking for Community Cricket Coaches to join our team. As a Community Cricket Coach you will be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting the delivery of community programmes such as Wicketz, Walking Cricket, Sporting Memories and Super 1’s sessions.
- Supporting the delivery of the LCF Outreach Programme.
- Supporting the LCF Matchday Activation Programme.
- Supporting delivery of onsite Education programmes such as Education Without Boundaries.
- To support the delivery of our Holiday Activity Fund (HAF) session during school holidays.

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum of ECB Level 1 Coach qualification or equivalent in another sport.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and organise your own time.
- Enthusiastic, reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude towards inclusivity and delivering cricket for everyone.
- Ability to travel independently between sites (Full and valid driving license).
